What should I do if my recharge failed and amount deducted?

We are sad to hear this. If the recharge fails and amount is deducted, We refund the entire amount of failed recharge back to original payment method within 48 hrs. You may receive refund within 3 - 7 working days in your bank account/card (To the source of your payment).

You can also write to us at [email protected] along with your recharge reference number which you can see at your recharge history. We will respond to it as soon as possible.

My recharge failed but payment was successful, why so?

If the details you entered for your recharge plan is valid then your recharge will be successful. However, if any of the details you entered is incorrect, the payment will go through but recharge may fail at the operator's end. In such a scenario, your refund will be immediately initiated to your original payment method.

Please note that a few mobile service providers may have enforced a time interval, ranging from a few seconds up to 15 minutes, before consecutive attempts of recharging the same mobile number. If you've just recharged your mobile number, please wait up to 15 minutes before you attempt to recharge it again.

Recharge made to wrong number / account or can I cancel my recharge order and get a refund?

We are sorry to hear this but a recharge once processed successfully cannot be cancelled by us. We request you to contact the Operator for the same.

To avoid these instances we request you to cross check the details before completing any transaction.

Does the recharge happen immediately?

Yes, you get your recharge immediately.

As soon as the payment is made, you will get a confirmation mail and sms from Indiancashback on your registered email & mobile number. Also a recharge message from your mobile operator will be delivered to the number which you recharged.

Generally it takes less than 10 seconds for the transaction to complete. In some extreme rare cases it may delay up to 1 day.

Status shows Processing - when will I get recharge?

If the recharge status shows ‘Processing’ then it might take 2 hrs to 1 day for recharge to show as ‘Successful’. Please understand ‘Processing’ means Pending at operator’s end. We advise you not to initiate a 2nd transaction in this case.

Can I recharge for my relatives and friends too?

Absolutely.

You can recharge any mobile number, including your friend's or parent's prepaid mobile number. You will receive a success confirmation sms and email on your number and email id registered indiancashback account.

What are the fees for making a payment?

There is no additional fee to be charged from you.

Refund not received?

All bank refunds are credited back to your bank account within 3 - 7 working days.

If the amount is not credited in your account within this time frame then we request you to please check with your bank.

If bank is unable to share you refund status then please mail us us at [email protected] along with your latest bank statement from the date of transaction.

Will I get an invoice for my recharge order?

Currently we don't have the invoice feature enabled, It will be done soon.

Do I need to have an Indiancashback.com account to recharge my prepaid mobile? Which operators can I recharge for?
