• In case of cancellation of the trip by winner, the sponsored vacation amount of Rs. 70,000 will be forfeited by MakeMyTrip. The sponsored vacation amount cannot be refunded as a reusable voucher, future travel voucher (FTV) or in cash to the winner. However, any extra money paid by the winner over and above Rs. 70,000 towards the travel will be refunded subject to prevailing cancellation policy of MakeMyTrip.
  
• In case of any additional person or inclusion required to be added over and above the winner and his/her companion, the winners shall need to bear the costs, of all nature, in relation to the same before travel. This international travel package is valid for Indian passport holders only.
  
• For avoidance of doubt, the Prize will not include the below list. This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to additional exclusions at MakeMyTrip’s discretion.
  
• Visa and all expenses of personal nature such as telephone, laundry, room service, mini bar, etc.;
  
• Immunizations, visa fee and travel insurance; 
  
• Any additional inclusion over and above those mentioned herewith; and
  
• Travel from city of residence to departure hub and back to city of residence.
