How to use:

For redemption on https://bluetokaicoffee.com/, the end-user shall key in the 16 digit card number and mpin at the time of check-out.
A maximum of 5 gift cards can be redeemed per order for such e-commerce transactions.
At the Café (once gift card redemption option is made available), if the order was placed within the Blue Tokai app/web app itself, the 16 gift card number and the mpin should be entered on the payment check-out screen. If the order was placed directly at the counter, please key in the order ID shared by the cashier on the Blue Tokai app/web app, and on the check-out screen enter the 16 digit card number and the mpin.

E-Gift cards are currently only redeemable on https://bluetokaicoffee.com/ but will be redeemable at our cafe's shortly.
For redemption on https://bluetokaicoffee.com/, the end user shall key in the 16 digit card number and mpin at the time of check-out. A maximum of 5 gift cards can be redeemed per order for such ecommerce transactions.
For Cafes redemption please inform the Cashier that that the order will be paid via gift cards.
At the Cafe, if the order was placed within the Blue Tokai app/web app itself, the 16 gift card number and the mpin should be entered on the payment check-out screen. If the order was placed directly at the counter, please key in the order ID shared by the cashier on the Blue Tokai app/web app and on the check-out screen enter the 16 digit card number and the mpin.
The redemption is subject to uninterrupted network connectivity, and notwithstanding the same, Blue Tokai shall neither be held liable nor responsible for any consequences if the customer is unable to redeem on account of any technical glitch.
Validity of E-gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase.
The E-gift card is valid on all purchases.
Taxes as applicable.
A E-gift card can be redeemed multiple times.
No cash payment will be made by the company for the E-gift card either in part or in full nor exchanged.
In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the E-Gift card, the difference must be paid by other available payment modes.
No cancellation and No refund money is allowed on the issued E-gift card.
Any unspent amount available in the E-Gift Card after the card expires shall stand forfeited.
The company does not accept any responsibility if the customer loses/misplaces the gift card. No duplicate card will be issued either.
E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the E-gift card in case of any dispute if any.
Management can change the company policy without any prior intimation.
