• The Cashback Fest - 2019 is organized and run by IndianCashback management.
• The Cashback Fest  will be running from 29/9/2019 to 06/10/2019.
• Any Registered Indiancashback user can participate in The Cashback Fest for free of cost.
• Each customer will get a maximum chance of winning 3 gifts during the festival period.

Top Spenders gift 

• Top 3 spenders during The Cashback Fest - 29/9/2019 to 06/10/2019 will be awarded Rs.10000 worth Flipkart Gift Vouchers.
• Eligibility for this gift is purely based on the total amount user spent to buy products from any stores listed with us except Uber Eats, Indiancashback Mobile / Dth recharges and Indiancashback gift cards.
• Gift voucher will be shared to winner’s registered email address.

Daily top spender gift 

• Top  20 daily spenders during The Cashback Fest - 29/9/2019 to 06/10/2019 will be awarded Rs.500 worth Big Bazaar Gift Vouchers.
• Eligibility for this gift is purely based on the total amount user spent to buy products from any stores listed with us except Uber Eats, Indiancashback Mobile / Dth recharges and Indiancashback gift cards.
• Gift voucher will be shared to winner’s registered email address.

Daily lucky draw

• 25 Lucky winners will be selected daily during The Cashback Fest - 29/9/2019 to 06/10/2019 will be awarded Rs.250 worth Bookmyshow Gift Vouchers.
• Every next day we will conduct the lucky draw, For example the the 1st lucky draw for the users purchased any items on 29th september will be done at 30th september.
• Eligibility for the lucky draw is any purchase via Indiancashback.com during the fest period.
• Maximum 1 voucher is awarded for each user.
• Uber Eats, Indiancashback Mobile / Dth recharge transactions are also eligible for lucky draw. 
• Gift voucher will be shared over winner’s registered email address.

Daily surprise gift

• 10 Surprise gift will be awarded daily during The Cashback Fest - 29/9/2019 to 06/10/2019 with Rs.100 worth recharge credits in there indiancashback wallet.
• Eligibility for this offer is simple, daily first 10 Gift card buyers will receive this recharge credits.

• User can club any other gift card offer along with free recharge credits.
• User can use approved Indiancashback wallet balance to buy gift cards

Bumper Lucky draw

• 1 Lucky winner will be selected from the participants The Cashback Fest after the fest is over and will be awarded Mi LED Smart TV 4A Pro.
• Eligibility for the lucky draw is any purchase via Indiancashback.com during the fest period.
• Bumper lucky draw will be conducted on 7th October 2019 and the winner will be contacted over email / phone call.

Common terms & conditions

• Decisions, taken by the IndianCashback management on any matters concerning The Cashback Fest, is final with respect to any aspect of the Fest, including the determination of the winner(s) and winning prizes. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
• The IndianCashback management reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event if the Organiser has reasonable grounds for believing that the selected winners has contravened any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Organiser, to use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
• The Organiser will not be held responsible for any harm or injury of the participants whether physical, emotional or mental in nature that may occasion from their participation in the Contest.
• Using multiple accounts, Any kind of malpractices are strictly prohibited. If you are found doing any of such activities, you will be banned from IndianCashback website and your winning prizes will be canceled.
• We will also get in touch with winners if users not claimed their gift. However, if user is not responding within 48 working hours of winning the gift either directly or to our calls / emails gift will be canceled.
• Gift will be booked / sent to you within 4 working days after we receive your address & other details.
• Any kind of returns will not be entertained.
• If you can’t accept the gift when the courier partner tries to reach you, re-shipping will not be done in any circumstances.
• Any manufacturing defects or complaints of this gift will not be the burden of INDIANCASHBACK.COM. Customer should claim brand warranty in such cases.
• Bumper lucky draw will be conducted on 7th October 2019 and the winner will be contacted over email / phone call.
• 3 Top Spenders  will be announced on 7th October 2019 and the winner will be contacted over email / phone call.
• Daily top spender gift ,Daily lucky draw & Daily surprise gift will be announced every next day and the winner will be informed over email.
• All gifts will be awarded only after the validation over and once cashback approved.
• Order cancellation under any circumstances after winner announcement will be considered as disqualified for gift.
• We will try our best to approve your cashback & gifts claimed on September 2019 by December 2019
• We will try our best to approve your cashback & gifts claimed on October 2019 by January 2020
